1st Thematic Session

Climate & Smart Energy: Starting the Transition

Climate change is no longer a distant challenge but a reality affecting everyday life. This session explores the urgent need for responsible energy choices through policy discussions, technological innovation, and collective action.

From everyday habits to the way we design and use our homes and workplaces, energy consumption plays a crucial role in shaping a more sustainable future. The session highlights how citizens, organizations, and institutions can actively contribute to cleaner, smarter, and more resilient energy systems.

2nd Thematic Session

Build Smart. Live Better.

Building upgrades are one of the most essential pathways toward sustainability and an improved quality of everyday life. This panel highlights the importance of targeted interventions in homes and buildings, such as thermal insulation, the replacement of outdated window frames, and the adoption of modern energy systems.

These interventions not only reduce energy consumption, but also significantly enhance health, comfort, and the value of the spaces where we live and work. By implementing smart choices and contemporary solutions, buildings can be transformed into more efficient, inclusive, and environmentally friendly spaces, actively contributing to a better environment and a more sustainable everyday life.

3rd Thematic Session

Energy Investments: Rules & Tools

The successful implementation of energy investments depends not only on technology but also on understanding regulatory frameworks and effectively utilizing available financial tools.

This session examines the legislation, certifications, technical documentation, and licensing procedures required for energy upgrades and sustainable infrastructure projects. It will also highlight co-funded programs, subsidies, and modern financing schemes that support access to sustainable energy solutions.

By improving awareness and access to these tools, energy transition investments can become more accessible, secure, and effective, contributing substantially to sustainable development and climate resilience.Αρχή φόρμας

4th Thematic Session

How Buildings Affect Our Health

The buildings in which we live and work directly impact our health and quality of life, especially when they do not meet modern standards and requirements.

The panel discussion “How Buildings Affect Our Health” highlights the often invisible yet significant consequences of aging buildings: insufficient thermal insulation, poor indoor air quality, humidity, mold, and unstable thermal conditions.

Upgrading the energy performance of buildings is not only a matter of energy efficiency, but also of protecting human health. Through targeted interventions and improvements, we can transform our spaces into safer and more sustainable environments.
