Energy Poverty:
The Problem

The problem of energy poverty is linked to the inadequate coverage of energy needs and is the result of three factors:
Low income level
High energy prices
Poor housing quality

56%

More than 50% of the households recorded by the EPAO are classified as “energy poor.”

Energy Benefit Card:

The Energy Benefit Card (EBC) corresponds to each household and is provided to citizens once they complete their registration through the EPAO and meet specific criteria.

Actively by your side!
